Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Me → Plan → Manage. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
What's the refund policy?
It's in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Short version: full refund for duplicate charges, failed activations and unauthorised charges. No refund for partial periods.
Is the AI free?
Yes. Lens, Describe, Coach, Chef and plateau reads are all free with limits, and the app shows what you have left. Daily limits reset at midnight in your time zone. Pro raises the limits.
Do I keep my AP if I cancel Pro?
Your AP balance, history, and badges stay with you on the free tier.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes. Cancel your monthly plan and you keep Pro until the month you paid for ends, then start a yearly plan. Unused days of a period aren't refunded, so switching near the end of your month wastes nothing.
Does the Aura Points unlock renew?
No. It doesn't auto-renew. When your 30 days end you're back on Free, and you can spend another 15,000 AP any time to add 30 days.
